How to join

To make an account, click "Create Account" and fill out the required information. By creating an account, customers can store shipping and billing information and will not have to re-enter their information every time they place an order. Account holders will also be eligible to participate in the bonus point system and agreeing to the privacy policy.

How to order


Step 1: Locate the product you wish to purchase, select the item and click the “Buy now” button.
Step 2: Enter your account information to log-in or complete your purchase through the Non-member option.
Step 3: Proceed with payment to complete the order.

Step 1: Locate the product you wish to purchase, select the item and click on the “Add to cart” button.
Step 2: Continue shopping and add other products to your shopping cart by repeating Step 1.
Step 3: Once your are done shopping, click on "Cart" to review the items in your cart. When you are done, click on the "Order" button to check out.
Step 4: Enter your account information to log-in or complete your purchase through the Non-member option.
Step 5: Proceed with payment to complete the order.

When placing non-member orders, please make a note of your order and confirmation number when paying by credit card. For members, there is no need for making memos as these numbers will be recorded into your account automatically.


Log-in to your account and click on the “Track order” link to view your order history. Click on the order number for detailed order information and shipping status.


Click on “Cart” to view items added to your shopping cart.


1. Payment by Non-Korean Credit Cards (Visa, MC, JCB). Only 3D verified credit cards are eligible for payment by credit card.
2. Payment by bank transfer made to Hana Bank 77391001031404. Payment must be transferred personally. Our website is not automatic with bank payments.

3. Payment by bank transfer without bank account. Customers who do not have a bank account may also make payment at local banks. The name of the depositor is required to match the name registered as the depositor when placing the order.*

*Payment must be made within 7 days of placing the order otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : ( 2,500 WON) will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than ( 50,000 WON).
  • Delivery Time : 1 - 4 days
  • Delivery cut-off time is 2:00pm. 

    Orders submitted and paid before 2:00pm will be processed for delivery, if all items are in-stock. Orders paid after 2:00pm will be processed the next business day. 

    If orders are made on Saturdays and Sundays, orders will be processed on Mondays. 
    * We do not ship orders that need a Cooler on Fridays. (Please make an order needed a Cooler until 02:00pm on Thursday) 

    Please note that deliveries may take longer depending on the products ordered and location of customer (e.g. custom cut meats, weather conditions, etc.) and that a cooler and ice pack must be purchased for orders with perishable items. High Street Market is not liable for damages to orders that require a cooler and was not purchased by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Please make sure you have selected the right options (e.g. size, flavor and quantity) prior to completing the order.
On submission of the order, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy. Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days from the date of receipt. High Street Market will take responsibility of shipping costs incurred from product defects or mis-delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange/Refund
Items will be eligible for exchange or refund on the condition that product packaging, labels and tags are intact and the product is in its original condition. Products that are sold out, defective or have been damaged as a result of the delivery will also be eligible for exchange or refund. In cases of exchange or refund due to a change in personal preference (e.g. size, color and all other option changes included), additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Items Ineligible for Exchange/Refund
Products damaged by the customer and items that have dropped in value due to any reasons (e.g. elapsed time) that do not allow for the items' resale are ineligible for exchange or refund. All sales are final for perishable food that require refrigeration and do not qualify for exchange/refund. How to Make an Exchange/Refund
Customer must call or email High Street Market to request a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please have your order number and reason for return ready before calling us and make sure to include this information if emailing us. In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or mis-delivery, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects.


International Shipping
We do not ship outside of South Korea at this time.

We will refund the payment within 3 business days after confirming the refund check.

If you pay by credit card, we will cancel your credit card authorization so that you will not be charged.

(However, if the payment can be made according to the payment date of the credit card, the credit card company will reimburse you for the next month's credit card payment.)



Customers may start using bonus points once they have accumulated ₩1,000 or more and can use as many points as they have collected.

Bonus points collected from orders will be available for use in 14 days from the date awarded and will be pending during this time. Pending bonus points can also be from incomplete orders (e.g. cancelled orders or returns).

Bonus points that have been earned from orders later cancelled or returned will be removed. In the case an account is closed or points have not been used within 3 years of being awarded, all applicable bonus points will be surrendered.

Status Levels:

Green: Spend 0-500,000won to receive 1% Bonus Points

Silver: Spend 500,000-1,500,000won to receive 2% Bonus Points

Gold: Spend 1,500,000won and above to receive 3% Bonus Points
